How would I go about putting a cold air intake in a 2000 accent beings how they dont make one specifically for an accent (there has been talk for a while about sr making one but it hasnt happened that I am aware of).

 

anything is possible with raw mendral bent tubing, sleeves, and a high flow conical air filter. Local import speed shops should be able to help you with a selection for fabrication.
