I JUST did this the other day with an 2002 Accent. I ended up taking the front bumper off, and cut it out with a dremel, bought OEM ones and mounted them in, and I'm currently waiting for the 3K HIDs to come in to wire them up. Heres what it looks like now.

On my Accent, there were actually screw holes that mounted up with the fog lights, see if you got those back there to know if you gotta make a brace.

Get the OEM fog lights instead of the generic ebay ones. As stated you'll have to cut out the openings in the bumper and you may or may not have provisions for mounting the fog lights so you'll have to check ahead of time.

Yup, get our your dremel! I chopped mine out and bought some generic ones from Advanced Auto. They fit pretty much perfect...although now both lenses have cracks in them, presumably from the lights being on (they got warm!) and hitting cold rain/feet of snow here in Wisconsin. Mine came with some generic brackets that I was able to hang from the bumper support so they're nice and solid. Was a big pain in the ass, mostly because I didn't have a good drill, flat surface to jack car on or something called a skewdriver - lets you drill at 45*.
