Default Worrying noise

My driveway is on an incline, to start off with. You know when you hold the clutch and give gas...not to roll backwards...seeing how my driveway in on an incline...i slowly let the clutch out with NO GAS and i start to hear a rattle type noise...any thoughts? Also, since I took out my back seats...my exhaust seems REALLY REALLY loud. But at the same time, I feel a slight power loss. Might this be an exhaust issue..not related to the foamy back seats. As I think they damper the noise a bit....but it's loud. second guessing headers even. Any ideas on what might be giving off a "rattle" noise?

My guess that the rattling noise is the rock cover that surronds the catalitic converter. As far as the loadness goess I have my back seat out because it is at the apolster (spelling sucks I know) to have a cd changer put in it and my exhaust is alot louder now so I wouldn't worry about it. If you find it is not the rock plate causing the rattle try giving it more gas it might be trying to stall and when it does everything shakes and that also be what your hearing.

The clutch will "chatter" when it is at the edge of engagement. If you try more RPMS, that will smooth the "chatter" out into slip. Less RPM's will cause the clutch to grab and either lurch forward or kill the engine.
