Default What type of rim is this? (Pic included)

Are these aluminum or stainless steel? I cannot tell the difference, so it can aid in the choosing of cleaner, I cannot remove the white spots on the rims what is it?

Aluminum.



Looks like they're possibly clearcoated also.

Painted aluminum. They look fairly cheap, which means the finish is probably pretty fragile.

So what kind should I buy to clean they make the car go fast I want to keep for a while

the inside of the rims are painted black.

Do you think scrub sponges and aluminum wheel cleaner will work to clean the spots off the rim?

When cleaning painted wheels, the rule is simple... If you wouldn't use it on your car's bodywork, don't use it on your wheels.
