Thumbs up turbo problem

Hey guys have a little problem. Driving the car and the sound of lots of air blowing from under the hood came into my ears. Wtf? I pulled over and looked over the engine bay and saw nothing wrong so I started to rev the engine and saw that the BOV is not opening. What would cause the bov not to open or is the bov gone bad?

Thanks

Ben

Only thing I can think of is inspect the vac/boost line and see if it's still hooked up right and not cracked or something.

Found the problem last night. The IC piping on the hot side was lose. Very easy fix for sure. Thanks.
