Steering Vibrates around 50-80 mph
When I start off, or hit a lil bump in the road, my steering wheel will like jump... like, its very sensative.. when I start off, it feels like the tires are skipping.. and when I hit 50-80mph, the steering wheel vibrates and moves.. could there be a problem with alignment or whats the deal here?

Sounds like an alighment issue, wheel weight issue, or you have warped your front brake rotors.
Your 1997 isn't under warranty any more, so I would take it to your local reputable suspension shop to have them investigate the cause.
Wheel weights should be fairly easy to figure out, you should be able to tell where one was, but the dirt/crap left when it fell off.

either an alignment problem or check you tires, on my old civic, yes i said civic, i know, i broke a belt on the inside of the tire, and it would vibrate really bad between 60 and up, once the tire finally went, i replaced it and didn't have any more problems
