Hey guys....In case you don't already know this there is a safety recall on all Tiburon cars models between 1997-2001 through August 28,2000. It involves the D-ring that can cause the seatbelt to twist and not retract properly. If you didn't get a letter yet you may want to contact the place you got your car from to look into this matter a little more closely.
