Default Rear Suspension Clunking

i have a 2012 accent, and we are having problems with the rear suspension... has anyone heard anything about this issue happening? I have taken it back to the dealership 3 times now, and they cant "replicate" the sound. The sound is a very weird clunk noise if we hit a bump in the road... my car ends up sounding like an pick up truck. so weird.

((This is why I havent attempted lowering mine yet...))

When do you hear the clunk?

Sounds like a bad strut. Can you replicate the problem (and if so, how?) or is it completely random?

Shouldn't be blown on a 2012 and dealership should easily be able to replicate the problem. Just find a speed bump.

I'd suggest a different dealership. Perhaps one that's competent.

lol yea they had my car for 2 weeks and claimed nothing was wrong with it. We hear it when we have 3 ppl in the car, so the dealership is claiming we are exceeding the weight limit... which we arent. we looked up the weight limit is like 850 ish lbs... with 3 ppl in the car we are over estimating at 600 lbs... there should be NO CLUNK. And yes is it fairly random, we cant get it to happen every time, but we have it on video, and they STILL wont replace anything.... I have been to 2 different hyundai dealerships. :-(

If it happens again, wherever you are and whatever you were doing, turn around and try to replicate the noise. IF you can get the noise to happen again, note the locations of the passengers and their weights. Then take a dealership technician out to that spot with that many people who weigh that much, sitting in those places, for a listen.
