I would change out your tranny fluid just in case. It is cheap and easy to do. If you can find it, use redline synthetic 70w-80 gear oil.
Www.summitracing.com carries it.

I would reccomend the redline, but the stuff you used should do the trick as well.

Random i heard that Synthetic Tranny oil is not that good cause it can risk you to slip gears or worse.Its not made for all trannys?
Redline in particular.I could be wrong

No synthetic gear oil is just fine. I've had no problems with my tranny or gears and I use it.
