Problems again RANDOM,RED or CHEUK PLEASE HELP!!

Im taking in my car tommorrow to the shop and try the Test that Random has mentioned to me.
Also i driving my car today and noticed that the boost only creeped up to 9psi and at times 10PSI close to Redline.The other day it creeped to 11PSI
Its so weird
