Parts from a Write-Off car
Greetings..
Quick question. My 99 Tibby got smoked on Saturday buy an idiot who decided to turn in front of me.
My question is:
If the insurance company declares the car a write off, am I entitled to remove items from the car (ie Shark spoiler)? I'm assuming I'm allowed to remove 3rd party items (deck, amps, etc).
Anyone have any info on this for me?

AS far as I know anything aftermarket can be removed. What color was your tibby? What do you have that you will sell. I have a 1999 Cardinal Red Tiburon.
