Default My tib Might just be possessed-ALARM-

The most annoying thing that could happen ( I believe right now) happened today.
It started happening when I went to get out of the car this morning. Car's still running, put it in park, go to take the key out, the doors lock, and the alarm starts blaring. I though mayyybe I hit the button on my remote keyless (button to arm the alarm), and that HAD to be why it was going off (the door was open). Next stop, it did the same thing. Next time it does it, car is running, driving down the road, alarm is blaring, lights flashing, etc. I reach for the 'off' switch under the dash, turn it off. Not 5 miles down the road, the alarm is going off again. I THOUGHT that little switch under the dash was supposed to turn the alarm off completely - Wrong! The car did this at least 70 times throughout the day (I spend most of my day on the road).
Funny thing- I had it in the shop Friday. I told them my remote needed a new battery. Last week the red light on the remote was on solid for 2 days, then it quit working. The guy points the remote @ the car, and it worked. He said I musta had a loose connection. The car was also in there to have the pass side auto door lock fixed. (they ordered the part) Damdest thing, with the alarm acting up all day today, the pass door was locking too!
As it got dark tonight, I kept the remote beside me. Everytime the little red light came on, the alarm would go off.
HELppppppp Meeeeeee !!!
PS. I'm leaving THAT remote home tomorrow!!!

change the battery in the remote. Or...just remove the battery in the remote.

I bet it resolves all of your Alarm "deamons"! (you're still stuck with your personal deamons! tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif )
