So if Jaws99's exhaust fit how come SpeedTibby's didn't????

Okay...so much for that idea. I know my car has california emissions, I'm wondering if the Cali spec cars are 2 bolt and the "normal" emissions car are 3 bolt. But why/how Speedytibby would have a cali emissions car in Illinois...I dunno.

Random not to throw another monkey wrench in your works but I have Cali emmisions too for some reason it came with it and I live in Pa but right here (looking at it now) I have the invoice for the car and it says under specifications Cali emmisions N/C. So now what??????

I had the same problem with my exhaust from HVE. It came in three bolt and I have two bolt. I believe my car is Cali emissions. It was also 9 inches too short.

Why can't they just put the same thing on all first generation tibs . I still dunno what to do about this. Should i call pacesetter? The box and the intructions they gave be said for 97-99 tiburons. Or should i just take it to a shop and get a piece made? Thanks

Call pacesetter and see if they will either send you the extension/flange converter you need, or if they will replace the exhaust with one that will fit.

I called pacesetter. They said they would refund me or i could go to a shop and get the part made for about 20-50 bucks. So i went and got it put on at a shop today. They built the peice, put it on, and replace my oxygen censor for 180. Not bad i guess, its on at least now smile.gif
