OK so we have done this once before and I got nowhere
MSD tech told me to measure vith a voltometer to find out which is the coil +, this got me nowhere. this just got more me more confused.
look here does anyone know know what wires are what? Thats all I need to know. there are 3 wires there, Please help me to identify which one is Coil +, Coil -, and coil-. This is killing me. The dealership is not much help either, they were suposed to get back to me a week ago?
Colour ID would greatly help.

for the 99 tiburon
pin 1 is for coil two fire command
pin 2 is for coil one fire command
ping 3 is 12 volt
The bracket is the ground.

note: 2000-2001 have pin 1 and 3 opposite

Looking at the MSD instructions, The wires should be a Coil -, coil -, and a coil+. Is it safe to read that as pin 3 is my coil+ ( the black wire with white stripe if I remember correctly?)

hyundai never follows color code.
Just look att he connector and use the right wire to the right pin.
Since there is only one 12 volt that is obviously the coil +
and the other two are grounds for the coil - and coil -
