Hood getting stiff?
Here's a odd problem slowly during the last few months, my hood has been getting harder and harder to open. I mean when i pop the hood and open it, the last foot or so it travels, feels like there's resistance in it.
Any idea what causes this? Frame damgage could it be covered under warranty?

You don't need to take the hood off to oil the hinges. You can do it with the hood on.
Just make sure your hood is not rubbing the fenders at the corners up by the windshield. If your hood gets out of line, a gap will open up on one side, and it will rub/scrape the fender on the other side.

well they're not rubbing the fenders, but i did notice that there are gaps right above both headlights. The center part hooks and seals good, but the sides have about 2-3mm gap between the hood and the rubber. But apart from that the gab between the fenders and hood are consistent.
Do you think that mabye my strut bar is tightened to mutch and mabye pulling the body together too mutch?

when i preloaded my chassis to install my bars...i went from the center to make it flex out, and i have had better results w/ that setup. maybe you should try that. But i doubt that that's gonna be the reason, it doesn't move that much i don't believe
