Hey Enforcer, P1123 if looked up in the service manual indicates a "Air mixture too Rich" or something of that sort. I've recieved this code (and yes the Autozone guys didn't know what it was also where i'm at too)a couple of times when my Bank1 02 sensor went bad on me twice. Air mixture too rich just sounds like another way of saying "too much air not enough fuel" or "running lean". I actually got this one last night and i just posted about it i the HELP forum also..thread named "O2 sensor voltage output voltage STUCK?!".
Why it threw that code who knows but say that you didn't have a correct A/F ratio... that could be a cause of the possible code for misfire in cyl. bank 4 eh?
NGK plugs should come pregapped. If the need arrives that you should gap them or if you want to check Hyundai recommends a 1.0-1.1 mm ( 0.039-0.043 in )gap.
BTW, i too own a 1997 1.8l Tib (5speed)...maybe our model year cars just like throwing P1123's around?
