Could anyone help point me in the direction to go for a header? It is for a 2.0 1999 tiburon.
I am not sure of the difference between 4-1 and 4-2-1 will some one with one of these tell me about it and if you can recomend a good manufacturer. And if you had to do any extra work (add hole for sensor?)or not. That would be most helpful to me in deciding.

4-2-1 header:
will improve over all performance, but header will deliver more performance in the lower and mid RPM range. Good for everyday driving and automatics with need help on the low end. Most autos go with this.

4-1 header:
Will aslo improve over all performance, but header will deliver more performance in the upper RPM range. Good for racing around and manuels witch already get off the line better than autos.
Most manuels go with these.

Headers:
Shark Racing has several $430 and up

OBX has 4-2-1 and maybe 4-1 $329 you might get then to to sell them to you cheaper. If you can find them on ebay you can get a good deal.

You will have to a hole made after your cat to the 2nd O2 sensor.
