Having electrical problems
I've been having similar issues. Although, it seems the fix was temporary. I had the Alternator replaced. All the belts replaced twice. After that the battery was replaced twice in a 10 month period. The weird headlight and console lights dimming began all over again. Mess with the window, get weird electrical issue somewhere else. Turn the radio on, console lights dim, etc. There was a point when power steering would randomly go in and out while in a turn. The car was in and out of the repair shop over 8 times to have the A/C fixed. The weird electrical is one of the possible reasons the A/C would not work. Now if the A/C is on, it will go out if the car's idling. The engine has now decided to start overheating as well. I believe it is all related to the weird electrical issues. Just about had it with the car

Sounds to me like bad grounds. The Korean cars ground through the body. Over time these become corroded. I would try running a copper wire to as many ground points as you can linking them together. Don't need huge wire to do this, whatever size that is there now. I would definitely run a heavy wire from the battery ground to the engine block.
