Default Goofy Idle

I have been having a rough idle for the past few days. And a strange problem. When I turn my headlights on. My rpms drop a good 50.

So, my normal idle aorund 820, I drop down into the 780s and the engine begins to stumble.

I tried play with the idle bypass and the tps sensor. non seem to help.

I changed spark plugs and that help a little bit. some of the idle went away.

anyway have any clues?

Right now I have to run at 880rpms with the lights off, so when they are on my idle around 820.
