Exhaust Help
I can't decide between the MBRP Exhaust offered by Speedstate and the KORE Exhaust offered my Kore Motorsports. Which will give more hp? Which is louder? Which is easier to install? Can't wait for replies...
as far as installation, they both should be equally easy. i have the mbrp. i love it. the sound it great. it's nothing like a "bee's nest" civic sound. as far as which gives more hp, i'm sure they're pretty equal. when putting a cat-back on a stock tib, or even a tib with i/bbtb/bim, don't expect much. there will be a small noticable gain, but nothing extraordinary. the only problem i ran into with the mbrp was the exhaust rattling on the suspension. speedstate says i was the first to ever report this. i fixed it with some zip ties. but i recommend the mbrp.
:edit:
as far as quality, the mbrp is great. i've had it for over a year, and there are no signs of rust or any deterioration in the metal. even when the car gets really dirty, the muffler tip shines up real nicely. prolonged exposure to dirt (long durations between car washes) hasn't seemed to cause any rust or hurt the apperance of the metal in any way.
