Update....
NAPA had the thermo for $6.99 plus a gasket for $.70.
The gasket material seemed pretty cheap and I went thru 3 of them and still could not get a proper seal. Perhaps I should pick up a gasket from Hyundai Service tomorrow.
Plus I was very environmentally friendly by recycling the drained coolant.
In all it took about an hour.
Note to self: Next time remove the radiator hoses and possibly the air filter housing for maximum access.
