very time i go over half pedal or full throttle my brake light goes on,and turns off when i release the pedal
any ideas?

You are low on brake fluid. WHen you accelerate or brake hard, the fluid sloshes inside the container enough to trigger the light.

If your fluid its fine, it would probably be your e-brake needs to be adjusted. Does your brake light come on as soon as you lift the e-brake about 2" up, or before 2"?
