Default AC compressor....

I have a 98 tib and the ac compressor squeeks when the AC is turned on. It sounds like a belt is rubbing. Anyways..I was looking at it on webech and they said something about putting oil in it? am I reading it correctly?

If the sqeek is just the belt, I would try adjusting the belt, then try replacing the belt first. If that doesn't work, then work on the unit itself.

Yes, AC gas has oil in it to lubricate the compressor and parts, but it's not something that you can just add. It is added at the time the gas is recharged.

I think maybe he was refering to oil on the belts which is a bad idea, but i have this one and a few other belts that give out a small squeek. I have been told that i should get some belt dressing, What is this(i dont know if we have it in the UK), if anyone could post a link to this belt dressing it might help us both.

belt dressing is not required. It's something you can use to get a bit more life out of older belts, but for the cost of the stuff (about $5-$7 us funds), plus shipping to the UK...you might as well get new belts.
