2002 1.5L sohc Tear down
OK.....My car has been getting 90 psi on cyl 3 and about 150-180 on the others.... when i add oil it goes up to 180... anyways it hasnt been a big deal till i was driving on the highway and the car literally just started hesitating and dieing.... also the other day i floored it and the engine light started flashing afterwards and u could tell it was only running on 3 cyl's but the funny thing was is that power loss was almost not there.... which means ive been pretty much driving with a dead cyl. The code said cyl 3 and 4 misfire.... but i dont have 02's so i think the ecu went crazy cuz im pretty sure it was just cyl 3.
Anyways no matter what im gonna tear it down and find the problem.i think i have either a broken ring or a very bad ones on cyl 3 but ill replace all....
Now how exactly do i do this?????
I was thinking pull the head drop the oil pan.... thats as far as i know what to do....

Replace oil pan,piston rings,conrod bolts,timing belt,headgasket,valve cover gasket,TPS SENSOR,radiator,hoses.drive belts,. BIG JOB
So please any help on doing all that would be appreciated.
