1.8L Water pump for 96-01, or 2.0 Pump for 03+?
Check this one:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/96-01-Hyund...sQ5fAccessories
And then this one:

I know the head is 1.8/2.0 but since this is the block I'm just curious if its a different part all together, or if they share the water pump?
Also, I've heard hyundai techs talk about tilting the engine to access the stupid bolts on the pulleys to make it easy to swap out the water pump. How do YOU guys do the swap? Put it this way, last time I swapped the water pump, I friggin drilled a hole through the fender wall of my old green tibby so that I could access the pully bolts, lol. Worked great, but not doing that again!

A 1.8L belt will NOT fit a 2.0L. Trust me, I've tried it. My parts car had a new pump and belt, replaced by the previous owners that the broken belt was the only problem. Go figure it didn't run, but that meant I got a bran-new pump for my DD. The belt was too short by (IIRC) an inch or so.
A parts-store Gates belt and store-brand water pump are on my ride right now and I have full confidence in them. Gates makes the OEM belt, and the pump would be pretty hard to get wrong and have it work at all.
