So to answer the million dollar question of what happened... I was pulling on to the freeway on ramp, my ass end decided it would be a good time to try and race my front end, it was slick out from rain, and just as I was facing trees the TCS decided to kick in and give me full grip... launching my strait into one of those trees and f*cking up my car.
Insurance company has totaled the car, I do have gap so loan will be getting paid off in full. Replacement car will be had shortly, and yes it will be another Genesis, only this time a 2013.
Insurance is going to rape me in the ass... but I am ready for it. LOL

When its wet or damp, it completely changes the driving characteristics. You gotta be careful not to accelerate during or out of the turn. On tight wet corners, you have to swing the car into the corner while braking into it.
