Default Your best hangover cure

What do you do to cure your hangovers? Everyone has their own things that help or cure them and usually not everyone is the same when it comes down to it.

Ginger... Root, drink, cookies... Something with ginger. If you can stomach it, drink a cup of water after every few drinks... I've never had a legit hangover...funky stomach, but never a headache.

Before you sleep it off:

Take 2 to 4 ibuprofen

Take 2 to 4 tums

Must be taken BEFORE you go to sleep the night u drink. Always worked for me.

Just drink boatloads of water before you go to bed, and actually get enough sleep.

The next day, eat something high in fat, and keep your fluids up. The fat coats your stomach lining so you don't feel the uncomfortable effects of the alcohol being digested
