Wonder what kind of work out these guys do on their legs. Calves are friggen insane!

^^^ been thinking about ordering a set of those toe shoes. i have heard they are really comfy. you gotta wear speacial socks with them so i dunno, might change that idea.



as far as the calves, they have no jobs. or they are personal trainers...

It's pretty obvious these guys spend a huge number of hours in the gym. Part of that time is spent lifting a ton or so per calf, repeatedly. And?

Mine are probably about that size (in muscle yes) but they don't have near that amount of definition.



I use to do 850lb calf raises 3 sets of 15, but it got to where that was messing up my shoulders where the pads from the machine sat.

Genetics, frequent training ( at least 3times per week) and if you think that is all natural well...Not to say it can't be done but calves are not exactly biceps.
