Default What do you use for a pre workout?

Supplement thread pre workout specific.

Tried:

NOxplode = mostly caffeine and ended up crashing after a couple cycles

black powder = less caffeine high and low, noticed more in the lift

Super pump = tastes the best, didn't work after first cycle I was immune

Nano vapor = garbage muscle tech crap ended up yawning during workouts once I was used to it

Jacked = liked it but left it for non supplement approach, need another pre workout cuz I don't have the jump start I used to

I've been using an ECA stack for the past couple of months for my pre workout. Gives me great energy and focus. It's my favorite so far, but in the past I've used:

Six Star pre workout ignition from walmart- stuff makes me dizzy and I get more energy from a cup of coffee.

MusclePharm Assault- gave me a pretty bad stomach ache every time I used it. Energy was mediocre.

Jack3D- I actually really liked this stuff, I'm just not a fan of the beta alanine tingles.

Ansi Xtreme shock- this one tasted great and the energy was decent, but again, not a fan of beta alanine.

Hyphy Mud (by Kali Muscle)- tasted horrible but gave me good energy the fist week or so. After that, just stopped working.

48hrs. of rest time before going to the gym (full bodywork out) with my daily list of suppliments:

5,000mg L-Arginine

8,000mg L-Glutamate

4,000mg CLA

4 tbs. Raw Natural Bee pollen

2 Pills Vitamin B-100 Complex

200g Protein (dairy, chicken, red meat)

What you eat the day before is what affects how you perform in the gym tomarrow. Eat healthy and get plenty of sleep to grow!

Cop an espresso or a no-doz 30-60 minutes before you go lift, but it's not necessary. I don't trust those preworkouts because they aren't regulated very strictly because of loopholes in FDA laws.
