What do anxiety and panic attacks feel like?
Do you just feel like you cant breathe or have a hard time breathing in general or is there more to it?

My sister cant go out by herself cause she as it
It's like image somone is right in ur face. U know that feeling of wanting to look away or tell them to move. Image that same feeling but Alot worse and everytime u u try to move away they get closer and u panic.
Some people get aggressive with it but some get scarred and end up panicing.

ever dive really deep and realize a few feet from the surface that you are running out of air? or when you are in a pool some jackass friend/family member of yours dunks you suddenly.
