Waking up with sore/stiff back
So the last couple of weeks, every morning when I wake up for work I have a sore and stiff back. My bed is only 2 years old, I eat healthy, work out maybe once or twice a week (all the time I have for it), and I lay on either my back or my sides at night. I have a good pillow that keeps my neck aligned, and the soreness goes away after a couple of hours of being up and doing stuff.
Any ideas what could be causing it? Should I stretch more at night before bed or is there something else I should be doing? Ive never had trouble with my back before and theres no history of back problems in my family. Any advice? I may be call up a couple of chiropractors and see what they say. Maybe I just need some kind of adjustment or something and my back needs to be cracked professionally.

You're getting old.
Try doing hamstring stretches before and after bed. Stiff muscles in your thighs pull on your back. Also, drink more water.

What's your water intake?
What's your job involve?
Something as small as switching chairs at work gave me tremendous pain in my shoulder. The shift in support just moved my insides the wrong way. Took me a year to identify the problem because I work from different locations, but I narrowed it down to one office and then realized the chair just sucked.
^ it could be something as minor as that giving you problems.
