Too much protein will convert and store as fat if there's nowhere for it to go.



Protein shakes are good for post workouts to feed your muscles while they're extinguished and begging for nutrients. However, if you're eating high protein foods after your workout, a shake probably isn't necessary.



Yes, too much protein can be bad. It can also hurt your kidneys.

Depends on the person! Sometimes what majik stated is very much true. Workin gin that industry I have seen very much different, like guys munching 400 gram per day. My bench mark is about 1.25 gram per pond of body weight.



Example I weigh 200lbs so I'm munchin about 250 gram protein per day. Key to success is varying sources! Variety to the very end.
