does it matter? which is best for building size?

Interested to see someone's view on this.



I always go slow, make the muscles do the work instead of letting the rhythm and momentum carry the weight. But, on warms ups, I go fast with lighter weight to help get blood flow.



Should you be maximizing blood flow to the muscles, getting them as much oxygen as possible during the lift?
