How many of you work for an employer that does random testing? My job does it, and I've been called 4 times in the last 3 months to do it. Its all computer based and you're assigned a number. The computer pulls numbers at random and will. When your number comes up, you have to go to a medical office right then and there, pee in a cup, and report back to work.

 

Mine does it (Army). Been here 2 years and haven't been randomly tested.



Best one was one of my coworkers who had planned a meeting for his program. Literally 1 minute in, his boss walks in and tells him he has been selected for a drug test. Shortest meeting EVER!

 

wow, crazy.. seems quite often to do drug testing.. what industry do you work in?
