Has anyone here ever dramatically improved their life by following some 5-step plan. Does Tony Robbins have any idea what he's talking about? Is self help really just a cry for help?
I think it's good stuff for the most part. It's a simple guideline for people to remember and follow, but I feel 98% of the stuff out there is just common sense. Some of us just need it broken down and explained, or to be reminded.
