Default Ok Doc...I need your help on this one...

So I was talking to a couple of people earlier online who literally LIVE at the gym every day. They eat, sleep, and live body building. I was asking them about any safe supplements I could take to get a leaner, more cut and define physique (more so than what I have now).

They all recommended one of 3 things:

This

OR This

And to maybe look into Clenbuterol. Only thing I found on that was the Wiki.

So, out of those 3...which is the best to take, and where do I find clenbuterol? I know that with any weight loss supplement that gets your heart rate up, you have to be very careful and take ONLY the recommended dosages. If I got any of those 3, I would actually take lower than whats recommended, since I would want to be extra safe. Can you (or anyone else) give some feed back on any of these 3 things?

Just get some HGH over the counter in Mexico and be done with it. After a few months, I'll start calling you "peanut". biggrin.gif

I'm not a doctor but I know to stay away from things like this.
Most I did was creatine and protein.

there are interests in whether HGH can prevent aging.

What can human growth hormone do for otherwise healthy adults?

Studies of healthy adults taking human growth hormone are limited. Although it appears that human growth hormone injections can increase muscle mass and reduce the amount of body fat in healthy older adults, the increase in muscle doesn't translate into increased strength. In fact, researchers have found that strength training is a cheaper, more effective way to increase muscle mass and strength.

It isn't clear if human growth hormone may provide other benefits to healthy adults.

What are the risks of taking human growth hormone if you don't need it?

Human growth hormone may cause a number of side effects for healthy adults, including:

* Swelling in the arms and legs
* Joint pain
* Muscle pain
* For men, enlargement of breast tissue (gynecomastia)

I would recommend you stay away from those type of products. Long term effects on the heart, brain, and body aren't known.
