New urinal design, success or fail?

Here's a hint, guys: if you touched the doorknob on the way out of the bathroom, you may as well have not washed your hands. The world is filthy. There's no way to know if ANYONE has just washed their hands or if they just had their hands elbow-deep in a big ebola pie. Either become a germophobe and bow when somebody tries to shake your hand, or shake your new acquaintance's obviously-dirty hand if it's offered in friendship. People sneeze on their hands. People don't cover their mouths when sneezing OR coughing. When you can get crabs from the toilet seat, tetanus from your garden, and frikken HIV from a blood transfusion - unwashed hands isn't exactly high on the list of things I worry about.

I keep hand sanitizer around me at all times. In the car, on my desk, at home, everywhere pretty much. I wash my hands a lot too. Just because I do that doesn't mean others do. So I try to keep my hands clean as much as possible with the sanitizer.

I like it. It looks both efficient and convenient. However, people will absolutely piss in the top sink part, thus making it a terrible idea.
