Weight is down from 194 to 179 as well....
Working out 5 days a week, chest, arms, abs one day, back/legs/abs the next light cardio each day with one dedicated HIIT/cardio day
No drinking has probably been the best thing. Used to drink juice, eat white rice a lot, eat out often...
Now my diet is pretty standard, oats/grain cereal + shake in the morning, small snacks throughout the day (nuts, jerky, cottage cheese), Lots of vegetables throughout the day...
