what is your choice ? what is the best bar for low carbs and taste wise?

I prefer shakes to bars. I generally don't want to eat right after a workout

ugh... if only I could stomach tuna it's the best thing in the world for protein

Gotta watch the bars, high in sugar sometimes. Low carb bars are becoming harder to find on top of that. Look for something that has a whey source too none of this plant source nonesense. Oh Yeah! and Dymatize Elite Gourmet are tasty and decently lean. Shakes all the whey though. Haha see what I did there haha
