Leg soreness
I hit legs hard on last Thursday, squats x5, lunges x5, power clean x5, leg press x5 which is my usual workout. Why is it that my quads, ass, hip flexors are sore for days compared to other parts of my body that I hit just as hard? I feel like an old man walking around and sitting down.

Part of it is that those muscles are larger and getting the acids out and rebuilding the larger muscle mass takes more time because of that.
