Which is better? I thought about getting dvds because it will show the proper form on how to do the exercises but it would be hard to do the dvds because of work and everything. But my friends are a member of a gym and it's open 24/7, and it;s cheap but I wouldn't even know where to begin execise wise and if im doing the correct form when it came to dumbbells. Dvds would cost $90 the gym would go $10 or $20 a month depending on the type of membership.

And... replace all soda intake with water intake, go out for runs. If you don't have time for the dvd's because of work, how will you have time for the gym?

My wife has a gym membership and she bought the Insanity workout DVD set. She doesn't always feel like spending an hour and a half to go to the gym, dealing with parking lot security, locker room nastiness etc., but she can spare a 1/2 hour for a quick workout with the video.
