do you just skip the muscles on the days you missed or do you start at those muscles again and switch your routine days?

I'm confused. What rountine or workout schedule are you doing? Split, Single Body Part, Full Body? If your not on the juice you should stick with a full body workout routine. One day off one day on. You'll stimulate every body part so that your body works together as a one unit to repair itself for the next full body workout. If you're all natural you need at least 24hrs. of rest so you can recover and build new muscle tissue before stepping back into the gym. Plus, you'll maximize your growth and strength to build a foundation to work with. But if your skipping a couple of days away from the gym you just lost what you gained a couple of days ago. So, know its like you're getting back into the grove and starting all over again. Just my 2 ....... Full Body Workout Rountine!!!!!
