Default How much pop do you drink in a week?
I've cut my pop consumption way down over the last few weeks and I feel so much more healthier from it. I drink maybe 1 or 2 cans a week now versus where I used to drink it almost every day. smile.gif

How much do you guys all drink?

The only soda I drink is if it has alcohol in it. Otherwise....I never touch the stuff normally.

Waayyyy to much but I switched to Diet at least..... LOL. Doing that I cut 10pounds without changing anything else.

i think, i've drank about a total of a 12 pack over the last 3 years. before then, i was drinking it all the time.
