Always when I wake up, but I have to hold it because for some reason my gf locks the bathroom door in the am...
I chose 4 usually but I've been taking extra Viramin B12 for energy and focus and that makes me go a little more.

Yeah I take a pill, It says drink a whole glass of water which i end up drinking a regular 16.9oz bottle of water with it on the way to work.
A friend recommended it to me, it helps a bit. I take it along with my regular vitamin... I was thinking about the shot, but I hear you can get sick from it.
