Anyone here get sick alot? A friend of mine gets sick almost every other week. She doesnt smoke, goes to the gym, and normally eats good. She just has a crappy immune system. I however almost never get sick unless Im around alot of other sick people like at work.

I almost never get sick. I go through alot of hand sanitizer though and always try to stay warm when its cold out.

anyways, i never get sick. i ate food off the floor as a kid all the time and didn't like washing my hands. honestly can't remember the last time i was sick that wasn't alcohol related lol

I use to be overly healthy, but having a kid in elementary school makes getting sick a part of life.

I used to never get sick, but now I'm on immuno-suppressants. I still don't get sick often, but when I do, it's bad and usually lasts 4+ weeks.

I hardly ever get sick.. my "secret"? Good hygiene, lots of exercise, lots of raw veggies and fruits, lots of sleep and common sense(for example, don't shake peoples' hands then eat without washing your hands)
