What health insurance coverage do you have? What companies are better in coverage from your experience? How much do you pay monthly?
Im choosing my coverage and want a better idea for coverage of males in there 20's and 30's.

Males in their 20s and 30s should only have catastrophic coverage with high deductibles, unless you have specific family history or are made of money.
Of course the feds understand these are less expensive and premiums you pay into the new national health system would not be enough to fund the expensive old peoples' health care. They are going to require you to have a super-premium plan that costs thousands more (or pay a thousands of dollar fine) starting next year. Because shut up that's why.
