At 260 pounds, the teen decided to enlist the help of Ray to lose weight for her prom, and Ray recruited a fitness trainer. Her lawsuit against "Rachael Ray," claims the trainer yelled at her, put her on a StairMaster and kept upping the speed then yelled at her when she fell, according to the story. She claims these training sessions left her with leg injuries. Someone at "Rachael Ray" said they have not yet received any lawsuit, Huffington Post said.

In her defense. i use to run a gym with a friend because the owner was never really interested.
They would seek people who need to lose weight. and One session a young lad had a mild heart attack. doing a 20Mile Session on a treadmill.
Most of them trainers have never been big or overweight so they have no idea what it feels like. If u say u need to rest they will make u feel guilty about being over weight and push you for more.
they use a few lb weight in there hand when they train to get extra workouts. How about a middle sized person on there back 24/7 and see how u get on
