Default Do 5 hour energy shots really work?

Ive decided to cut out as much caffiene as possible in my daily diet, and also cut way back on drinking redbulls. The only reason why I drink that stuff is stay away during the day at work. The 5 hour energy shots are really small and supposedly offer alot of natural vitamins to keep you alert and awake. Plus from what I hear, theres no crash like caffiene or redbull can give. So i was wondering if anyone here has ever tried them and do they really work?

When I was spinning on New Years eve, I spun at a club from 8pm until 4am. I took 2 of them, plus a sugar free redbull and it kept me awake and fully focused the entire time I was spinning. Didnt lose my concentration once and had no crash or anything. I would definitely recommend them, but be warned...they taste REALLY bad. eck06.gif

Refrigerate them and they taste much better, although still not good.

coffee is the largest single dose of antioxidents you will get all day. It's health food.
