For any of you who are working out, dieting or whatever, you should check out the site. It's pretty cool. It tracks your nutrition and exercise and lets you set goals, etc.

So far I really like it. It's easy to find the exercises you did and the foods you ate. I'm going to try to stick with it.

i signed up for sparkpeople years ago and gave them one of my secondary emails. finally checked it and the whole inbox is full with sparkpeople spam haha. i'm going to give this a shot.

calorieking.com also has an awesome "nutrition sheet' kind of thing that tells you all about the nutritional info of almost anything you'll want to eat. my roomie uses a torrented version of it and likes it.

I've lost a bit of weight already, even over Thanksgiving, and I've just started challenges. The challenges are fun, you get an award. I'm competitive, so I am easily motivated by things like that.

Bump for trying to start losing weight again. I gained 11 lbs since I was last on.

I created a group called Hyundaiaftermarket so that people can find each other. You can find it under Motivation>Find Groups or at http://dailyburn.com/groups/2516-Hyundaiaftermarket
