Caffeine and Creatine
I know a lot of guys supplement caffeine. But do you do it still when youre on creatine?
I read that a moderate amount of caffeine (~100mg) dulls the effect of creatine on your body.
Any truth to this, since i didnt really see anythign on the subject looking through the forum
